Lloyd Arneach Jr

I'm a voice actor and narrator based in Cherokee, North Carolina and a member of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians. I grew up in a family deeply rooted in Cherokee storytelling. My father was a nationally recognized Cherokee storyteller, and watching him connect with audiences through humor, timing, character and the simple art of telling a good story had a lasting influence on the way I approach a script.
My voice is naturally warm, grounded and conversational. I'm particularly at home with commercial reads, documentary and corporate narration, healthcare and technical material, audiobooks and of course storytelling.
Whether the script calls for quiet reflection, approachable authority, understated humor or straightforward conversation, my goal is to understand what the words are trying to accomplish and deliver them without sounding like I'm reading them.
