Experience
I first got a taste for voice acting at University, where I was studying to be a food scientist. I voiced some radio commercials for various charities, and was hooked.
Later on I worked for BBC Audiobooks and then finally in-house in the corporate world in corporate communications where I was tasked with providing the "Voice Of God" for events, conferences and awards ceremonies.
Then came marriage, kids and I also set up my own events business - and now I have been full-time voice actor for 3 years and I LOVE IT!!!
I am lucky to have an amazing broadcast quality recording studio in the heart of Connecticut 40 mins from NYC...

People describe me as smart, caring and fun. Which I like to think is all true!
My previous acting training and experience, knowledge of the corporate world together with my education and training in food science and psychology all comes into play in my work now where I can take any script and work through it with ease.
My voice is easily adaptable from subtle to screaming and I am used to it all! Good training helps, and I have been lucky to train with the best of the best.
I pride myself on wonderful customer service, my turnaround time is fast, I can receive a script, record and edit and send back within 2 hours where needed (depending on the complexity of the project - not counting audiobooks which are a beast to do and take longer). I work well under pressure, am super easy and great to direct but also perfectly happy to self direct and make decisions on the fly.
Addictions:
Coffee - my favorite has been drinking espresso in Venice watching the world go by
Pasta - it's an issue, I need to make my own
My Maltese Cassie - my snuggle bug
Anything vintage - I love pieces that tell a story
Music - soothes my soul and inspires me
Cars - the older the better!
